As part of an ongoing attempt to remove divisive terminology, Master Calendar (Enterprise-Only) is now called Combined Calendar. Additionally, each Screener does not have an Owner anymore, but instead has a Lead, in the sense of a project or study lead. Lastly, gender in a binary sense used to appear based on a first name algorithm, and that has also been entirely removed from the application.
You may have noticed it's now quicker to navigate to the quick nav at the top right of logged-in Ethnio and quite quickly see the most important metadata for your active screener. You can also now see much longer screener names and change to another screener with even more quickness. Hope this improves your experience and let us know if you have any questions at all!
Have screener questions with lots of answers that should be in order? Every wish they didn't wrap into multiple columns on your screener links? Thanks to the stellar research team at Sonos, you can now toggle single column for any radio button or checkboxes, including qualifying questions and magic drill downs. This means the end layout of answers with an important order will be much more clear. To turn this on look for the "Use Single Column Layout"
Happy Holidays! Here's a small update before you totally check out for the year. If you share confirmed or completed participants with reception, people on your team, or even stakeholders, you'll appreciate a little refresh we've given the Participant List. It sets the stage for future enhancements to this popular corner of Ethnio Scheduling so stay tuned for more tweaks.
We're laying the foundation for upcoming design improvements with some small style updates. If you notice things looking a bit tidier (font, buttons), that's us paying off what the kids call "technical debt." This helps us start down a path towards big UX improvements in 2020 that make a real difference in your day-to-day use of Ethnio.
Additionally, there are some other upgrades:
Two small but cool improvements for this sunny summer Thursday.
#1 3rd Party URL: You can now send qualified respondents to a redirect if you're using the 3rd Party URL feature, but note this can't work with intercepts because that would be super weird. You'll also notice the interface has been much improved 🎉.
#2 Reminders in Feed: All scheduling reminders have their own dedicated state (SMS, Email, and Robocall) which means you'll be able to see reminders in Scheduling Feed and the Pool Member Detail page. You'll be able to filter based on reminders in Pool shortly.
